Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
A few Sundays ago, Sundaysareforbaking and I decided to have peanut butter cup brownie throwdown. It might seem readily apparent that I was at a disadvantage, so I fell back on a reliable strategy for any situation: cram as many Reese’s peanut butter cups into it as possible.
She went with a different tactic and tried to melt the peanut butter cups on top of the brownies. Only one problem, the peanut butter inside absolutely refuses to melt.
It still turned out alright though with more of a peanut butter bar taste and texture.
Conclusion: both delicious. Though, I liked mine the best.
